You have better things to do on a Saturday than walk the yard with a bag. We scoop every pile, bag it, and leave the gate the way we found it. Two local guys, not a franchise.
If we miss a spot, text us within two days and we come back and clean it. No charge, no argument.
No two yards are the same, so we quote yours instead of guessing. Estimates are free and there is never a contract.
Bigger yard or more dogs? That is what the free estimate is for. We tell you the price before we start, and it does not change after.
Our most common plan. One dog, one visit a week, yard stays ahead of the mess.
Better for multiple dogs or a smaller yard where once a week is not enough.
For light users, or a yard the dogs only get into part of the time.
Spring cleanup, move-out, or company coming over. No schedule required.
Text us these five things and we can usually quote you the same day:
We give you the price before we start. If the yard turns out bigger or messier than described, we tell you the new price first and you decide.
Tell us how many dogs you have, roughly how big the yard is, and how often you want us out. We reply with a free estimate the same day.
You do not need to be home. We need the gate unlocked and the dogs inside while we work.
Bagged waste goes in your bin, or leaves with us if you asked for haul-away. We text you when the visit is done.
Plain language, no fine print. These apply to every visit.
Estimates are free. Your price is based on the number of dogs, the size of the area, and how often you want visits. If the yard is larger or has more dogs than described, we send you the corrected price before we do the work. We do not raise a price after the fact.
One-time cleanups are due the day of service. Recurring service is billed at the start of each month, in advance, for that month's scheduled visits. Months with an extra week include that visit at no extra charge.
Monthly customers get the same day each week. Snow, ice, standing water, or heavy rain may push a visit to the next available day. If we cannot complete a visit at all, we make it up that week or credit it to your next month.
We need the gate unlocked and dogs indoors during the visit. If we arrive and cannot get in, we text you right away. If we cannot get access within thirty minutes, the visit counts as used for that week and we will be back on your next scheduled day.
Waste is double-bagged and placed in your garbage bin. Tacoma and Pierce County both direct residents to bag pet waste and put it in the garbage, never in the food and yard waste cart, and that is what we follow.
If you would rather it not stay on your property, haul-away is $15 a month on monthly service and covers every visit that month.
If we miss anything, text us within two days of the visit and we return and clean it at no charge. That is the whole guarantee.
There is no contract. Tell us before your next billing date to cancel or pause recurring service. We do not refund a month already in progress, but we will finish out the visits you paid for.
We will not work in a yard with a loose dog that is aggressive toward us. If that happens we leave, text you, and reschedule. Repeated occurrences may end service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing lawn damage, items hidden in tall grass, or waste we cannot reach because of stored equipment, brush, or standing water. We will point out anything we could not get to.
